Right mouse button menus

A pair of popup menus are available for working with game titles and scripts. You can display these by selecting a game name or script name in the games list window (either the opening or edit screens) and then clicking the right mouse button.

Game title popup menu

  • New Game allows a new game name to be added to the games list. The resulting dialog bxo asks for both a game name and a path to the game program.

  • New Script creates a new script file for assigning game actions.

  • Make Game Inactive disables use of game scripts for the selected game. It does not delete the game entry or scripts.

  • Delete removes the selected game from the game listing. If you remove a game name from the list, the script names under that game also are deleted. Note: The game name is removed from the listing; game program and its scripts are not deleted.

Script popup menu

  • Rename is used for renaming a selected script file.

  • Delete removes a script from the listing. Note: The script's name is removed from the listing; the script file itself is not deleted.

  • Make Script Active makes the selected, inactive script the script used with the game. A check-mark will appear with the script name to indicate that it is active. If the game had been made inactive using Make Game Inactive (all scripts are disabled), the game also is automatically made active.

  • Properties provides information on the script's name, the name of its associated game, and the path to the script file.
